LOVE AND COMPASSION
Before the official launch of the church in 2018, God revealed to me through a vision that He would entrust me with a ministry through which lives would be transformed. Regardless of where people were in their life journeys, the grace released through this ministry would lead to a Divine Rebirth. The vision initially began with the name Power House, but during a time of prayer, God gave the name PowerHaven—meaning "Strong Refuge". Today, the church operates in two locations: Atlanta and Dallas.

Dr. Michael Oluwaseyi Oyategbe is a dynamic, spirit-filled minister of the Gospel. His missionary pursuits are based in Africa and South and North America.
He is a solid teacher of the undiluted word of God with prophetic grace and healing anointing.
He earned his National Certificate in Education and worked as a teacher in the secular school. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Theology from United Missionary Church of Africa Theological College, Kwara State Nigeria, the college that prepared him cross-culturally and fine-tuned his missionary call, as a lover and seeker of knowledge, He received his Masters Degree in Public Administration from Imo State University, Owerri Nigeria and his Doctorate Degree at Christ Life Seminary, Brooklyn New York.br
He completed his residency in Clinical Pastoral Education with Emory Healthcare Atlanta. Dr. Oyategbe has pastored in about five different branches of Holyghost Christian Center both in Nigeria and the U.S. with international headquarters in Lagos.
He is currently the lead Pastor of PowerHaven Church with two locations; Atlanta, Georgia, and Dallas, Texas. USA. A ministry dedicated to the teaching of the word of God, prophesies, healings, and setting the captives free.
Michael is a clinical chaplain providing spiritual and emotional support in both hospital and hospice settings.
